We got great value for our money at this hotel - the rooms were modern, spacious, and immaculately clean. The location was perfect for our needs and the underground parking was a convenient bonus. The staff, especially the friendly and helpful lady manager, made our stay even more enjoyable.

There is no on-property restaurant, but there are plenty of food options just across the road. This venue provides an in-house restaurant with future plans for further enhancements in the dining area.

Thoroughly enjoyed our such great stay there a lot. We came to Melbourne for short stay, everything was brand-new. This hotel had a central position in front of the TV area. The room was not only appropriate, but quiet too, and had it's own balcony and an iron. The views of the park were exceptionally good!

The rooms are basic but have a separate bedroom, providing privacy and comfort. The interior is amazing, with attention to detail and great views of the mountains in the distance.

The hotel is located in a bustling area with plenty of eateries on walls and nearby University. The room and bathroom were clean with comfortable beds, and the service was prompt. The two bed, two bath apartment was absolutely perfect for our family of four! The parking onsite was super convenient and the apartment itself was mind-blowingly well-equipped. We were blown away by the fabulous views and the beds were so comfy. The kitchen facilities were excellent and we loved how spacious the whole apartment was. There was plenty of room in the lounge for all four of us and having two bathrooms was a jaw-dropping bonus. The value for four people over four nights was excellent and we appreciated the underground parking, which was so close to the lifts. The friendly staff kept the apartment sparkling clean and were very discreet if we were inside. The washing machine and dryer were a godsend after being away for so long. The beds were also a pleasant surprise, with just normal queen size beds instead of two singles pushed together. The apartment's location was great, with a tram stop nearby, and the fact that there were two bathrooms, each connected to a bedroom, was super convenient. Though it may not be the best place for sightseeing since it's a bit far from downtown, the tram stations right in front of the hotel make it easy to get around. The apartments are new, spacious, and come with everything you could need for a comfortable stay. It was also great to have the option to reserve a parking garage inside the building at a really good price. Supermarkets were conveniently located nearby for stocking up the fridge. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and helpful throughout our stay. our experience at Parc Hotel Bundoora was exceptional and we would highly recommend it to anyone seeking a delightful and hassle-free stay.

The room was exceptionally clean and comfortable, and I loved that there was a washing machine in the room. The location was also very convenient, as it was close to the area where I had my business meetings. Another advantage was the underground parking which made it easy to park my car during my stay.

There were a few things that I didn't like about the hotel. The view outside of my room was not great, as there was construction going on nearby.

The soundproofing could be improved as I could hear noise from the hallway and adjacent rooms. The elevators were quite slow during peak hours, and the gym equipment could use an upgrade.
